As our products are 100% digital, We do understand that expectations may not always align, and therefore, we offer a conditional refund policy as outlined below.

General Refund Terms

You are eligible to request a refund within 30 days from the Date of Purchase (DOP), provided specific conditions are met and the request falls within the allowed guidelines stated in this policy.

Please note that this refund policy applies exclusively to digital product purchases made via our official website and/or officially affiliated marketplaces. Unauthorized purchases, downloads from third-party resellers, or pirated access to our files are strictly ineligible for refunds and may result in legal action.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be satisfied:

1. Minimum Usage Requirement
   You may only request a refund after 21 full days from the date of purchase. This window ensures that you've explored the pack thoroughly and allows our system to verify genuine usage. Requests made before 21 days will not be processed.

   
   

2. Document Submission Requirement
   You are required to submit all of the following documents:

   • The Order Invoice or Digital Receipt

   • A Payment Confirmation Screenshot (from UPI app, card statement, or bank app)

   • A valid Government-Issued Photo ID (such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Driver’s License)

   • A Reason for Refund detailing your dissatisfaction with the product

   These documents help us verify legitimate purchases and prevent abuse of the refund process.

Non-Usage Agreement Post-Refund
Once the refund is approved and processed, you agree to permanently discontinue the use of all downloaded files, including templates, videos, documents, guides, and other included assets.

Sharing, redistributing, modifying, or benefiting from these materials after refund issuance—either personally or professionally—is a direct violation of our terms and subject to legal enforcement (see: LegalNotice.pdf).

How to Apply for a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

1. Collect Required Documents as mentioned above.

2. Compose a formal email to mybrownbooks@gmail.com with the subject line:
   Refund Request – Order #[Your Order ID]

3. Attach the necessary documents and include:

   • Your full name

   • Date of Purchase

   • Email used for the order

   • Detailed reason for the request

4. Once we receive your complete application, our team will verify your request and process your refund accordingly.

Refund Processing Timeline

• Refund requests are reviewed and verified within 24 to 48 business hours.

• Once approved, your refund will be transferred within 1–2 days to your original payment method, which can include:

  • UPI (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)

  • Bank Transfer

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

Note: Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• The refund request is submitted before 21 days of the purchase date.

• The user has accessed or downloaded more than 80% of the total digital assets and used them substantially.

• Requests that fail to submit the required documents in full.

• If the user is found to be continuing usage of the resources after a refund has been processed.

• Purchases made under discounted rates, custom deals, or limited-time offers are not eligible for refunds.

• If the user violates our license agreement or usage terms.

• Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Additional Legal Notes

• Ownership & Licensing: All files provided are protected under intellectual property laws. Upon refund, your access rights and usage license are revoked immediately.

• Template Variation: Some templates (e.g., Canva) are public assets or community-contributed designs. Our starter kits may include tutorials or links to help you source and modify such assets independently.

• Pack Size Disclaimer: The stated size of 1.8 TB refers to the total size of the complete creative vault, including optional bonus packs, software files, plugin suggestions, and weekly updates.

• Fluctuating Content: Due to frequent updates, asset quantity and availability may vary daily. Refunds cannot be claimed based on changes in number, format, or availability of templates.

Final Decision Clause

My Brown Books reserves the sole right to approve, deny, or revoke any refund request based on internal assessment. The company’s decision is final and non-negotiable.
